0. Knowledge by design
Personal experience is bullshit. It doesn't matter if the CEO uses X feature or we think that a certain way is more efficient. Humanity's knowledge speaks for itself and should not be ignored. The purest and most effective science is the basis of everything we do.
1. Immutable privacy
We don't believe in the philosophy of "privacy by default." For us, there is no option to turn it off. You can do whatever you want with your data, because it's yours. We will not steal or sell it, for any reason, ever.
2. People over tools
We believe that we should think first about what is using the tools, not about the tools themselves. The key to this is the brain. Everything we do takes into account human behavior and is tailored to help the user make the best use of the tool, because only then will it become effective.
3. Control over abstraction
Abstractions are useful until you lock yourself into a box. We throw away extremely simple tools that don't give you wings. We don't make shopping lists and call them to-do apps. The user should be in total control of their machine ALWAYS.
4. Maximum integrability
Considering that your data is yours and you can do whatever you want with it, we will not lock you into our software. We do our best to ensure that it has cutting-edge quality, and that is precisely why we take ZERO authoritarian measures that prevent you from using other tools.
5. The air of the transparency
We don't hide things between the lines, much less do we abstract everything from you. The process is more important than the result, thanks to this factor Maya is truly effective. Therefore, you will never just copy and paste the successes of our tools. You will be learning what you should and shouldn't do, the reasons for doing so, and how we reached the conclusions that caused all of this, see axiom 0.
